Unopened cases: 30 days
You can return any full, unopened case within 30 days of delivery. We refund the price of the case to your original payment method once it reaches us in resaleable condition.
Who pays return shipping
You pay return shipping, unless the return is because of our error: a wrong item, a wrong quantity or a damaged case. In that case we pay, and we send you a prepaid label.
What we cannot take back
- Opened or used packaging. Once a case is opened, we can't resell it to another business that ships medicine, specimens or food. This is a hygiene rule, and it applies to every item.
- Custom-printed items. Anything printed with your logo is made for you, so it is final sale.
How to start a return
- Email info@steadycold.com with your order number and the cases you want to return.
- We reply with the return address and, if the return is our error, a prepaid label.
- Ship the unopened cases back. We refund as soon as they arrive and we have checked them.
