Who We Serve

SteadyCold sells cold-chain packaging to any business that ships something that must stay cold. Every item is sold by the case, with the price per unit on the page. Here is what each type of buyer usually orders.

Pharmacies & compounders

Compounding, specialty and mail-order pharmacies ship small payloads to patients every day. Most orders are 1–4 vials or pens. The SteadyCold Vial Capsule holds them with their own ice rods and fits inside a foil insulated mailer. Our GLP-1 Kits put the capsule, refrigerant, a 2–8 °C indicator and a packing card in one item, from $6.95 a kit. Packing cards keep every packer on the same steps.

Clinics & med spas

Clinics, med spas and telehealth programs ship refills to patients and restock satellite sites. Pick a kit by count: the Small kit for 1–2 pens, the Medium kit for up to 4, the Large kit for up to 12. Building your own pack-out? Start with a self-inflating mailer and 6 oz gel packs. Add a 2–8 °C indicator so the patient can see how the package travelled.

Veterinary

Veterinary practices and animal-health distributors move vaccines and biologics between clinics, farms and satellite sites. Foam shippers with outer cartons handle the larger loads. Box liners turn cartons you already stock into cold shippers. Reusable gel packs lower the cost of regular courier runs. Put a 2–8 °C indicator in each box, so the receiving team can check for heat or freezing before use.

Labs & diagnostics

Labs, diagnostic companies and sample-collection services ship specimens and test kits that must stay cool or frozen. Bubble insulated mailers are the low-cost choice for short, local routes. Foam shippers suit longer trips and frozen samples. Gel packs come in 6 oz and 12 oz. Every item shows its price per unit, so you can cost each shipment before you order.

Food & meal kits

Meal-kit companies, specialty food sellers and farms ship chilled and frozen products straight to customers. Box liners fit standard 6 × 6 × 6 and 8 × 8 × 8 cartons. Foam shippers handle frozen goods. Gel packs are sold by the case at posted prices, from $0.38 each. Order 5 or more cases and the volume discount applies automatically in cart.
