When your order ships
Orders ship within 1 business day (Mon–Fri). We ship from Virginia. An order placed on Saturday, Sunday or a US federal holiday ships the next business day.
You get a tracking number by email when your order leaves our warehouse.

The rate is per order, not per case. Shipping is shown at checkout before you pay.
Carriers and delivery time
We ship by UPS, USPS or FedEx Ground, whichever suits the size and destination of the order. Ground transit usually takes 1–5 business days in the contiguous United States, depending on distance from Virginia. We ship to addresses in the United States.
How the packaging arrives
Gel packs and ice rods ship at room temperature. Freeze or refrigerate them before use, as the Packing Guide describes. Mailers, liners and cartons ship flat where they can. Kits are packed to order.
Damaged in transit
If a case arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage and the shipping box. We will send a replacement or a refund for the damaged items.
