How to pack
- Condition the refrigerant. Summer: freeze, then let the surface turn wet. Winter: refrigerate at 2–8 °C, not frozen.
- Bottom layer. 2 gel packs on the bottom, then a barrier, then the product grouped in the centre.
- Top layer. A barrier, then 2 gel packs on top. Fill the gaps so nothing shifts.
- Close it up. Indicator on the upper barrier. Lid on, packing card on the lid, close the carton.

Shipping & returns
Dispatch: Orders ship from Virginia within 1 business day (Mon–Fri).
Shipping: Free standard shipping on orders of $300 or more. Below $300, a flat $20.
Returns: Full, unopened cases can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Opened or used packaging can't be returned.
