How to pack
- Condition the refrigerant. Summer: freeze, then let the surface turn wet. Winter: refrigerate at 2–8 °C, not frozen.
- Pack with a barrier. Never let a frozen pack touch the product. Use a capsule, cardboard or bubble wrap between them.
- Add indicator and card. Put a 2–8 °C indicator and a packing card in the mailer with the product.
- Press out air and seal. Press the air out of the mailer and seal the flap.
