How to use
- Lay them flat. Freeze or refrigerate in a single layer. Stacked packs cool unevenly.
- Check they are solid. Press the centre of a frozen pack. No soft spot means it is frozen through.
- Condition for the season. Summer: let frozen packs sit until the surface is wet. Winter: use refrigerated packs.
- Keep a barrier. Never let a frozen pack touch the product. Put cardboard or bubble wrap between.

Shipping & returns
Dispatch: Orders ship from Virginia within 1 business day (Mon–Fri).
Shipping: Free standard shipping on orders of $300 or more. Below $300, a flat $20.
Returns: Full, unopened cases can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Opened or used packaging can't be returned.
