How to pack
- Condition the ice rod. Summer: freeze, then let the surface turn wet. Winter: refrigerate at 2–8 °C, not frozen.
- Load the capsule. Put the vials or pens in the capsule, with the ice rod alongside.
- Pack the mailer. Capsule, 2–8 °C indicator and packing card go in the foil mailer.
- Press out air and seal. Press the air out of the mailer and seal the flap.

Shipping & returns
Dispatch: Orders ship from Virginia within 1 business day (Mon–Fri).
Shipping: Free standard shipping on orders of $300 or more. Below $300, a flat $20.
Returns: Full, unopened cases can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Opened or used packaging can't be returned.
