How to pack
- Fit the liner. Place the liner panels inside a 6 × 6 × 6 in or 8 × 8 × 8 in carton.
- Condition the refrigerant. Summer: freeze, then let the surface turn wet. Winter: refrigerate at 2–8 °C, not frozen.
- Pack in layers. Gel packs, a barrier, the product, a barrier, gel packs. Fill the gaps.
- Close and tape. Add an indicator and packing card, then close and tape the carton.

Shipping & returns
Dispatch: Orders ship from Virginia within 1 business day (Mon–Fri).
Shipping: Free standard shipping on orders of $300 or more. Below $300, a flat $20.
Returns: Full, unopened cases can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Opened or used packaging can't be returned.
