How to use
- Pack it inside. Next to the capsule in a mailer, or on the upper barrier in a foam shipper.
- Seal and ship. Close the package as usual. The indicator rides inside.
- Check on arrival. The recipient looks at the heat window and the freeze window.
- Refrigerate. Ask the recipient to refrigerate the product as soon as it arrives.

Shipping & returns
Dispatch: Orders ship from Virginia within 1 business day (Mon–Fri).
Shipping: Free standard shipping on orders of $300 or more. Below $300, a flat $20.
Returns: Full, unopened cases can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Opened or used packaging can't be returned.
